Online Assessment
Section titled “Online Assessment”The OA had five sections; aptitude carried a lot of weight. Quant had percentages, ratios, time & work; reasoning had syllogisms and coding-decoding; verbal had a comprehension passage and grammar. Technical covered C/Java basics, OOPs, and DBMS. There were 2 coding questions (e.g. array/string); I solved one completely. Tip: Pace yourself—aptitude has more questions; leave enough time for coding so you solve at least one.
Technical Round
Section titled “Technical Round”Interviewer asked about my projects and then gave a small coding task (e.g. second largest in array). Questions included: difference between overloading and overriding, what is normalization, and a simple SQL query. Tip: Be ready to write code in Java or Python; explain your approach clearly.
HR Round
Section titled “HR Round”Standard questions: Tell me about yourself, Why Tech Mahindra?, Where do you see yourself in 5 years?, strengths and weaknesses. They stressed digital transformation and 5G work. Tip: Mention Tech Mahindra’s focus on telecom and digital; show willingness to learn.

Online Assessment

Technical Round
